Our positions within the company are structured around a virtual work environment. You have the opportunity to deliver stellar customer service to a large customer base from the comfort of your home office. There are technical requirements that must be met in order for you to have the ability to work from home with The Happiness Group. While each position is performed from your home environment, you will still be required to be accountable to other staff members by means of email and instant messaging services. There is a measurable reporting process, as well as required shifts to be followed at all times.

Open positions in our Operations, Affiliate or Marketing Team may have less specific technical environments, so please know that details, such as technical requirements, work hours, etc., can vary by position, and would be specifically explained in all future individual current positions descriptions.
